Garden Home Floor Plans
Our beautiful one- and two-bedroom homes range from 950 – 1,600+ square feet and come with a patio or sunroom and an attached garage.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is included and not in my monthly service fee?
Your monthly service fee at Robin Run Village covers a wide range of essential services, providing convenience and peace of mind. All utilities, including water, gas, and electricity, are included in your rent, with the exception of phone and personal internet services. For residents living in our independent living apartments, studios, or suites, one meal per day is included in the monthly package, with additional meals available for purchase. Garden Home plans include 15 meals per month.
Housekeeping services are also part of your monthly fee. Residents living in our independent living apartments will have a housekeeper available every other week to assist with cleaning, helping you maintain a comfortable and tidy living environment. Independent living apartments also receive weekly laundering linens without any extra charges. Garden home residents will receive housekeeping services one time per month. This service ensures that you can focus on enjoying your time at Robin Run Village without worrying about daily chores.
Are pets welcome?
Yes, we welcome pets in Independent Living! We have a one time non refundable pet fee of $500.
